الخلاصة
الخلفية: يوصف نظام التوصيل المستهدف بأنه تركيبة تسهل دخول العلاج إلى الجسم وتعزز فعاليته بإدارة معدل ,وقت ومكان إطلاق الدواء .يوصف دواء البردنيزولون عن طريق الفم لمتلازمة الأمعاء الالتهابية والموقع الرئيسي للامتصاصه هو الجهاز الهضمي العلوي ؛ لذا جرعات البردنيزولون على المدى الطويل تقلل من الفعالية العلاجية من خلال الآثار الجانبية الجهازية.الهدف: صياغة حبات الجينات ذات الإطلاق المستمر كنظام متعدد الجسيمات باستخدام بريدنيزولون كنموذج دوائي. الطرائق: تم تحضيرالحبيبات بتقنية الهلام المؤين باستخدام ألجينات الصوديوم كبوليمر أولي و إينولين ,صمغ الغوار والبكتين كبوليمرات ثانوية. دراسة تأثير نوع البوليمر وكميته ، تركيز كلوريد الكالسيوم وإضافة توين 80. تم إعداد 13 تركيبة ، تقييم خصائصها ، مثل حجم الخرزة ، والتشكل ، ونسبة كفاءة التغليف ، والمحصول ، تحميل الدواء ، ودراسة تحرر الدواء في المختبر في اوساط تحاكي اوساط الجهاز الهضمي ,ووسائط تحاكي وسط القولون العصبي بالإضافة إلى تقييمها باستخدام صورالمجهر الالكتروني الماسح وجهازمطيافية الاشعه تحت الحمراء باستخدام تحويل فورييه. النتائج:وجد ان الخزرمتقارب بالحجم ولايعيق عملية تعبئتها في كبسولات الهايدروكسي بروبيل ميثيل سيللوز,علاوه على ذلك,زيادة نسبة كفاءة التغليف ، المحصول ،,ونسبة تحميل الدواء وفقًا لزيادة محتوى الخرزة. اظهرت صورالمجهر الالكتروني الماسح تكوين خرزمختلفه دائرية الشكل , ايضا صور جهازتحويل فورييه للطيف بالاشعه تحت الحمراء يدعم تكوين الخرزات باظهار التحويل في منطقة الكاربونيل في صوديوم الجنيت.واختفاء قمة الهايدروكسيل الاستنتاج: نستنتج من نتائج التحرر في المختبر ان الصيغ المثاليه هي F3 and F13 المغطاة باليودراجيت اس _100 والمكونه من 300 ملغم من الانيولين والتي اعطت ملامح تحرر مستدامة في وسائط تحاكي الجهاز الهضمي والقولون العصبي . .
